There are a couple things everyone should look for when choosing an affiliate network(s) to use, and here they are (in order of course):
1) Support & Communication
Yes, for me this is number one. May seem odd, but it is the single most important thing to look for in a network. I particularly like PepperJam’s and Hydra Network’s support. The update you daily, and respond to your questions usually within hours. If a network doesn’t do this, there is no point in using them.
2) Campaigns & Rates
A network must have good campaigns and good rates, or they are “just another affiliate”. I truly love PepperJam’s exclusive offers, and not to mention their great rates. YOU are going to be advertising their campaigns, so YOU deserve the best. Remember that next time you are reviewing the list of campaigns from an affiliate.
3) Reputation
This is self explanatory, if you hear a network stinks, they probably do. Read around on forums and search the network you found to see if you can get any information about them before you sign up. This is also a very important step before signing up.
4) Payments
Check? Paypal? Net 30? You need to know this stuff BEFORE signing up… not after. Make sure you find out if the network suits your needs or not by finding out.
5) Features
Though not always important, features play a major role for me. From banner roatation to referrals, it all matters. And once again, PepperJam takes the cake with PepperJam Ad’s.
Thats about it. I always go down this list when finding a new network, and if there are any issues… I don’t use them. This list hasn’t failed me yet, so I am sure it won’t for you.

The site is easily navigable and has a large selection of games, movies and videos to choose from. They even have a directory which is very useful. Webmasters can even submit their site(s) to the directory to get more exposure, which is always a positive thing for new websites.

I have been noticing this more and more when I visit sites, I only see one, MAYBE two ad networks. If you are going to put ad’s on your site (that you didn’t sell the space for yourself), use at least 5 networks.
This way is good because not only will it let you shop around more, but your readers may be blind to particular ads. Make sure you only select ads that are related to your site though!
Some networks that I recommend for you to use:
PepperJam - Their PepperJamAds feature is great
Hydra Network - Many great CPA ads
Like I said, expand your horizon with different types of ads, however, don’t put up ones that are outside of your niche obviously.
